Changing your Dial-Up Phone Number

Windows XP users

• Go to Start | Connect To

• Right-click on Software Solutions and click on Properties

• Update the phone number in the space provided and click OK

Windows 2000 users

• Go to Start | Settings | Network and Dial-Up Connections
• Right-click on Software Solutions and click on Properties
• Update the phone number in the space provided and click OK

Windows 95/98 users

• Double-click on My Computer from the desktop (start-up screen)
• Double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder
• Right-click on Software Solutions and click on Properties
• Update the phone number in the space provided and click OK

Mac OS X

• Click on the Apple Menu and click on System Preferences
• Click on Network
• Click on the PPP tab and update your telephone number in the space provided
• Close the Network Preferences window and save your changes when prompted
