Policies
We reserve the right to change these policies without prior notice at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
Privacy Statement Any personal information given to Software Solutions during the registration process, or at any other time will be kept confidential and won't be given out or sold to outside parties, unless required to by law.
Spam Sending unsolicited bulk E-mail (Spam) will not be tolerated by Software Solutions. Spamming will result in immediate termination of service, possible prosecution, and a minimum of $200 plus a $50 per hour fee for time spent cleaning up the mess.
Adult Content Although Software Solutions cannot control what others put on the internet, or what our clients access while on the internet; we can control what gets put on our servers. We will not allow adult content to reside in our servers. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account. Please notify us if you notice any adult material on our server. We do offer an adult content filtering system to learn more click here.
Bounced Checks There will be a $15 fee for all returned checks.
Dial-up limits for individual subscribers Each subscriber has only one dial-up connection. If you need multiple dial-ins we strongly recommend purchasing additional individual accounts for each. Dial-up individual accounts are meant to be available for "unlimited dial-up access", this means that the dialup access is on demand rather than a dedicated connection. Anyone needing more than this will have to purchase a dedicated account. Violation of this policy will result in suspension of service, and if the problem persists the account will be terminated.
Illegal and/or damaging activity Any illegal activity that references back to Software Solutions in a damaging manner will result in immediate termination of service, possible prosecution, a charge of $100 per hour for problem resolution and any legal fees incurred.
