Proxyconn Internet Accelerator Suite

Solutions is pleased to offer a new web accelerator suite offering speeds
in the DSL range+ for web access and email over dial up.
The Proxyconn Accelerator suite uses a combination of compression technology, server/client caching and protocol optimization to achieve speeds that can be six times faster+ than regular dial-up service. Proxyconn Accelerator is the only product that accelerates FTP downloads and NNTP, as well as web browsing (HTTP) and email (POP3, SMTP, IMAP).
In addition to the acceleration service, the Proxyconn suite also includes other value-added products including:
- Banner ads blocking
- Pop ups blocking
- Anti Spyware
- Parental Control (Very basic control. Full solution coming soon.)
- Tools for privacy protection and applications cleaning
- Virus protection (coming soon)
The Proxyconn suite works with any Windows 98, ME, XP or 2000 computer, and any type of modem. No special hardware is necessary, simply contact us to receive an access code*, download the software, and install it on your Windows computer.
Note: Currently, the Proxyconn suite will not work in conjunction with our content filter. If you use our content filter, you will have to choose between filtering and speed. Built-in content filtering will be available soon.
+ Actual speeds will vary. In our tests of Proxyconn and competitive web accelerators, we found that in actuality, speeds are two to three times faster than regular dial-up service.
